CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS: Deposits to book are $20 ($25 with bottom lashes included.) deposits are non refundable unless something happens on my end. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. If appointment is not cancelled within the timeframe, you will need to pay 50% of the remaining balance of the appointment which will be charged with the card you put on file after paying your deposit. If you do not pay you will no longer be able to book with me in the future. Please communicate emergencies with me I’m very understanding. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If the appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within that time frame you would need to pay a $25 reschedule fee in order to book again. If you need to reschedule weeks/ days in advance you must reschedule within the same month or you will have to pay another deposit. Deposits don’t rollover to the next month a new deposit would need to be paid if you move your appointment a month out. LATE FEES: Late fee: $15. I allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled due to me having appointments booked back to back. NO CALL NO SHOWS: If I do not hear from you within 15 mins of your appointment it is considered a no call no show. No call no shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance to be allowed to book again, if I am unable to charge your card you will be banned from booking in the future. If you no call no show twice you will also be banned from booking in the future.
