Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. If appointment is not cancelled within the timeframe, you will need to pay 50% of the remaining balance of the appointment which will be charged with the card you put on file after paying your deposit. If you do not pay you will no longer be able to book with me in the future.
Please communicate emergencies with me I’m very understanding.
RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule the day of you will have to pay a $20 reschedule fee. If you need to reschedule days in advance you must reschedule within the same month or you will have to pay another deposit. Deposits will not run over into the next month unless I am completely booked up I will make an exception.
LATE FEES:
Late fee: $15. I allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled due to me having appointments booked back to back.
NO CALL NO SHOWS:
If I do not hear from you within a hour of your appointment it is considered a no call no show. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance to be allowed to book again, if I am unable to charge your card you will be banned from booking in the future.
